akamore Returns Policy

Like any online retailer you as the customer have certain rights to return items that are either damaged or faulty or simply unwanted. We endeavour to ensure the quality of our products are to a high standard.  If you do find and fault with one of our products, we ask you to follow a simple returns process which is laid out below:

For damaged or faulty items:

  • Within 48hours of receiving the item(s) please notify us by using the RETURNS link at the bottom of each page of our website. Please make sure you have available the following:
    • Your Order Number
    • Your Name & Address
    • Description of the Fault/Damage
    • A picture of the Fault/Damage
  • Once you have completed the online returns form for you will be given details how to return your item to us.

To return items to us that are unwanted:

  • Within 48hours of receiving the item(s) please notify us by using the RETURNS link at the bottom of each page of our website. Please make sure you have available the following:
    • Your Order Number
    • Your Name & Address
    • Reason for Returning the item

To return items to us for Exchange

  • Within 1week of receiving the item(s) please notify us by using the RETURNS link at the bottom of each page of our website. Please make sure you have available the following:
      • Your Order Number
      • Your Name & Address
      • The size you wish to receive as an exchange. Please check out our Size Chart which can be found though the shop section of our website.
  • Once you have your Returns Mandate, please post this along with your item to:
        • Akamore Returns, Store First Liverpool, Estuary Banks, Liverpool Estuary, Liverpool L24 8RQ

We aim to complete a refund within 36hours of your Faulty/Damaged item being received. As the item is deemed as Faulty/Damaged we will offer to pay the return postage fee at the price it cost us to post the item to you.

These terms and conditions do not affect your standard rights as a consumer.
